Delivery Times

Unless you contact us prior to purchase, we will ship your order by Canada post and send by International Surface. This is the most economical way to ship to our customers. If you prefer a faster service, you can choose Xpresspost for Canada and the USA, or Airmail for International orders. For these services you must contact us prior to purchase and we will calculate the extra shipping cost for you. These shipment fees will vary by distance from New Brunswick, Canada. For our Canadian customers we offer free and automatic Expedited Shipping which is slightly faster than Regular Parcel.  

 

Insurance

All 'small packet' packages include insurance up to $100 for loss. If you would like additional insurance for your order, please contact us to make arrangements. We can only insure your package to the limit of $100 even if you purchase more than $100 worth of merchandise. 

 

 

 

 

Tracking

Items shipped within Canada are trackable through the Canada Post website. If your item is being shipped outside Canada, Canada Post does not offer tracking information. If it is shipped via Xpresspost or Expedited shipping to the USA or internationally, the shipment will be trackable through the Canada Post website. 

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates will vary according to the weight of your order. We will try our best to package items in the most economical way possible. 

 

USA/International Shipments

Shipments entering into the USA from Canada may be subject to duties and/or taxes which are the responsibility of the customer. Packages under $2000 typically cross the boarder without any fees. For international orders we suggest that you consult your local customs bureau or post office to find out the details concerning importation. Rules tend to vary from one country to the next and customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes or fees associated with shipment. 

 

Mailing Address

Please double-check that your Paypal mailing address is the correct one and notify us immediately if you discover a mistake after purchase.

 

Return Mail‚Äč

Any packages returned to Legacy Lane Fiber Mill as undeliverable may or may not be re-sent. In these cases we will try to contact you to make further arrangements.

 

Returns/Exchanges

Legacy Lane will accept returns/exchanges within 10 days of you receiving your order. Purchases will be refunded in the form of store credit only. Unfortunately we can't refund shipping fees to or from the destination address. All items must be returned in original, unused condition. All shipping fees associated with the exchanged goods being sent to you will also be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for lost items being returned to us, so please make sure to send it securely. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on any items that cannot be put back on the shelf immediately. We also reserve the right to charge a 5% administration fee for any orders that are canceled prior to shipping.
