Shipping
- A completed Order Form must accompany each shipment of fleece to the Mill.
- Orders will be returned using the same shipping method as the client used unless otherwise stipulated.
- Shipping is not included in the milling process fee.
- The cost of return shipping will be added to the final invoice.
- Contact the Mill prior to shipping for an estimate and to ensure your name is on the processing list prior to fleece being sent.
- Recommend shipping via bus or post.

Put fleece in plastic bag(s) before putting in cardboard box.

For best price, boxes should not measure more than one (1) meter square otherwise an oversize charge will apply.

For larger boxes check to see if it comes under Canada Post's volumetric weight rates for large size parcels that are light in weight.

Check with your local Post Office for information about their Venture One Program for a small business discount of 5% off on postage and free expedited service.

Mark Sussex, NB as the destination for the parcel along with our mailing address and phone number.

Pricing is comparable to Canada Post.
